Harry's Coffee Shop is Located on bustling Girard Avenue in La Jolla, California, amidst several other small businesses and some commercial giants such as the vons grocery store directly across the street.
It's a fantastic, yet unpretentious breakfast and lunch spot that has been serving up honest homestyle meals to this communities residents and tourists for nearly half a century.

Harry's, as it is affectionately known as by the locals, is a mom & pop style diner that has booth and counter seating like the traditional "old school" American diners, as well as table seating and an outdoor patio located street-side on Girard Avenue.

It has all of the look and feel of a old style diner, and a very comfortable, laid back atmosphere.
Served up bright and early, starting at 6am is some of the best, freshest and always hot breakfasts to be found anywhere in the area.

They offer a wide variety of breakfasts, from simple eggs and toast or toasted bagels, to Belgian waffles with blueberries and whipped cream, potato pancakes, breakfast burritos, chicken fried steak n' eggs with gravy and pork chops and eggs, along with many more items on their breakfast menu.

There isn't anything on Harrys menu that isn't popular with the locals or the tourists and all are quite good and reasonably inexpensive, especially for a La Jolla dining location.

At lunch time, you can order from their extensive lunch or breakfast menu, as breakfasts are always served all day, right up until closing time.

Regardless of what you order, the portions are always generous enough to satisfy most everyone.

Most every weekend you will find Harry's to be quite busy, so you may find parking somewhat harder to find, so don't forget the hidden parking to the rear of the building and expect to be somewhat more patient for your meals, as they will undoubtedly take a little more time to be prepared, although Harry's does a great job considering their popularity.

The wait staff is generally impeccably prompt and courteous, even when very busy.

Harry's Coffee Shop is open 7 days a week from 6am to 3pm.

Addition parking is located in the alley behind Harry's, with a rear entrance to the restaurant also available.

Gift certificates are also available at Harry's, as well as Harry's merchandise like hats & t-shirts, as well as their very own bottled & branded cinnamon apple syrup.
